We're also in the process of getting credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, UCare, and Medical Assistance programs to make our acupuncture healthcare even more accessible. Bring your insurance card with you to your next visit. (OR) Email us beforehand and we will send you the necessary form to upload your card yourself.
Inform your provider your would like to utilize your insurance benefits for acupuncture and we will take care of the rest.
